Let's be honest... how much sleep are you getting? I know if I don't get enough sleep, it will directly impact the following day. So, when I'm talking to anyone about sleep, I start the day in the evening.
The day starts at dinner - winding down in the evening - sleep - wake - breakfast - the main day.
If we look at our day starting the night before, we realize how much our sleep impacts us.
Sleep is of the utmost importance. If you are getting proper sleep, you know how much it affects your day - and life.
My sleep routine with dōTERRA essential oils is:
> About 20 minutes before bed, we (my kids and I) will take 1-2 serenity capsules (add a copaiba and see how it goes for you. If I add a copaiba capsule, I only take one serenity capsule. My kids don't take a copaiba at night).
> In the diffuser, I will add 2-4 drops of Arborvitae. This oil knocks me out and gives me the greatest sleep. In fact, it's what I drop on my wool dryer balls for all our laundry for feelings of calm all day long.
